We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with YG3, however if you need to return or exchange an item please send it back to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
P.S when returning an item please complete the return form provided with the item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you the full amount in a credit note which will be emailed to you within 5 working days. Please contact us on yg3returns@outlook.com regarding any returns.
